About us
Swiss Athletes Placement (SAP) is a structure specialized in supporting young Swiss and European basketball players wishing to play in the United States, in universities, high schools or prep schools.
Our mission is to offer tailor-made support, combining field expertise, a network of coaches, and human support, to enable each player to find the right program at the right time.
We offer two complementary axes:
The SAP Summer Tour: an immersion camp in the United States
The school and university placement program: to integrate an American structure with a scholarship
SAP acts as a bridge between Europe and the American system, freeing families from the complexity of the process and giving players the best chance of success.
Clear prices, no surprises
At Swiss Athletes Placement, we make it a point to ensure every family knows exactly what to expect. Whether it's for our SAP Summer Tour or our school and university placement service, our fees are clearly defined and transparently explained.
We believe that clear pricing is an essential element of a trusting relationship. That's why we communicate with you transparently what each service includes, without hidden fees or unpleasant surprises.
Our goal is to provide you with quality support, tailored to your needs, while respecting your financial reality. You pay for a serious, compassionate, and professional service—nothing more, nothing less.
At SAP, transparency is not a sales pitch, it's a commitment.

Our story
SAP was born from a lived experience.
Before becoming a support structure, SAP is first and foremost the story of two intersecting trajectories:
That of a Swiss player, who went through prep school, NCAA D2 and D3, who discovered how difficult it is to succeed in the United States without support. Due to a lack of networking, guidance, or transparency, he was sometimes placed in the wrong environments, thus wasting time, money, and perhaps opportunities.
That of an American coach, former NCAA D1 player, professional in Europe and coach in the D1, D2 and prep school divisions, who has accompanied more than 150 American players in their university career, helping them find scholarships, suitable programs, and sporting and academic stability.
By uniting these two experiences, SAP has set itself a clear mission:
open the same doors to Swiss and European players as those that exist for young Americans, avoiding the pitfalls of poorly managed placement, and building a coherent, human and ambitious trajectory.
Today, SAP is developing a strong network between Europe and the United States, and acts as a trusted reference for families, clubs and players who want to leave in the best possible conditions.
